Hutchinson Park, a neighborhood park located along Goldsmith Gulch, provides an important play area for neighborhood children. The park is a heavily used pedestrian and bike corridor that links a series of Denver parks in a continuous greensward. It also provides considerable opportunities for wildlife movement that have been enhanced by a significant wetland. The park master plan relocates existing playground areas, enabling the wetland to reclaim the former space and create a major interpretive venue. Enhanced trail linkages provide connections between the main and east parks.
