Wenk Associates developed a land-use and physical master plan for the 18,800-acre Belvoir Ranch property which includes the “Big Hole” Conservation Area and Larimer County open space holdings, just southwest of Cheyenne. Significant planning issues involved balancing recreation and conservation objectives, with a desire to incorporate economically beneficial and revenue-producing uses on the property.
