Wenk Associates prepared a master plan for the 100-acre historic and highly popular Park in Denver. Community neighborhood stakeholders and park users helped to identify and resolve critical park issues that have developed from overuse of the site. Critical issues include circulation and recreation conflicts due to high demand, natural areas degradation and the need for historic restoration.
