Wenk Associates is the landscape architect for the 45-story Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in downtown Denver at 14th Street and Arapahoe providing design services for the signature 3rd Story rooftop terrace and pool. The design includes an outdoor bar, dramatic water features, and spa facilities for the hotel and condominium guests.

In addition to the spectacular rooftop terrace, Wenk Associates is designing streetscape and building Porte Cochere entrance improvements along 14th, Arapahoe, and Lawrence Streets in keeping with the City's recently adopted 14th Street Initiative.
