The TAXI Redevelopment is a collaboration between architects and various disciplines for the redevelopment of a former taxi dispatch center in a light-industrial neighborhood along the Platte River. Wenk Associates is responsible for the master plan and detailed design of the site. The landscape will integrate a series of stormwater gardens with a highly designed mixed-use residential community to create one of Denver’s edgiest urban developments.
