Wenk Associates provided landscape design and stormwater analysis services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop concepts for a city-wide sustainability effort to develop a 25-year strategic plan. The plan will guide the policies, strategies and actions related to enhanced transportation, economic health, safety, and livability to create a vital future for the City.

The stormwater prototypes also address the conflicting values of dense development (and redevelopment) and the requirement for onsite stormwater treatment and detention, as well as a regional detention facility.
