Wenk Associates redesigned an Outdoor Plaza adjacent to a 12-story office building in Cherry Creek. Challenges included creating a new image for an outdated landscape on top of an existing structured parking deck.

The plan creates an angular grass plane that increases usability of the plaza and gives the plaza a clean, sculpted look. The plan specifies high finish materials, unique site detailing, and elaborate plantings to create an exciting new plaza space.
