As Wenk Associates’ Business Manager, Charmaine has found an inspiring balance in her work, combining over three decades of business and management experience in a variety of industries with her love of design, nature, and collaboration. With experience in financial reporting, budgeting, training, compliance, project management, contract negotiations, and human resources, she is committed to expanding her knowledge in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. Charmaine takes pride in being a detail-oriented, innovative problem solver and loves working with and learning from others.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego.
