Emily Moore

Emily is passionate about creating artful, equitable, and environmentally sustainable green spaces that serve local communities and support ecosystems. She brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a well-rounded set of skills to the firm, allowing her to contribute to a variety of project types from large-scale, urban redevelopment to small-town parks and open space design and planning.

Emily graduated with her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Kansas State University. Emily received the Outstanding Paper Award by CELA (Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture) in 2024 for her graduate research, which explored how elementary school teachers’ and parents’ perspectives of children’s contact with nature can inform recommendations to improve children’s contact with nature.
