Joshua (J.C.) Culwell

J.C. has contributed extensively to the success of Wenk Associates since 2006 with over two decades of experience. He manages the development of conceptual designs through construction on projects ranging in scale, complexity, and type, including parks, campuses, plazas, infill developments, affordable housing, and green roofs. J.C has managed most of Wenk’s work within the Steamboat Resort Base Area for over a decade, including the popular Burgess Creek Promenade, and led all the landscape architecture work at the award-winning Aria Denver mixed-use, mixed-income redevelopment.

J.C. is a professional landscape architect and an accredited Green Roof Professional (GRP) with Green Roofs for Healthy Cities. He has completed over a dozen green roof projects in the past ten years and sits on the technical advisory board for Denver’s Green Building Ordinance.
J.C. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture and a Minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
