Wenk Associates is proud to be serving as the project landscape architect, leading the public realm design on this exciting 17-acre, multi-phased, mixed-use development project in Downtown Golden. The project includes new construction and adaptive re-use to support mixed-use retail and residential use integration, hospitality, food and beverage, and adaptability for year-round programming.
