The Salt Lake City Women Leading Real Estate Awards Recognized Nicole as a trailblazer, innovator and leader in Utah’s commercial real estate (CRE) community at an awards ceremony in September. This was the inaugural year for this award and was created to honor people “driving meaningful change, breaking new ground, and shaping the future of Utah’s CRE community — from development and design to brokerage, finance, law, property management, and beyond.” Salt Lake City has one of the fastest-growing downtowns in the United States. Wenk has been involved with several impactful projects in Salt Lake City, including ongoing work with the Green Loop, which focuses on improving the quality of life for people living, working, and traveling downtown by adapting the existing street space to include family-friendly social spaces, trees, and native planting, and comfortable options for a variety of transportation choices.
