Sarah AbuDakar – 2025 LAF Olmsted Scholar Finalist
Congratulations to Wenk’s former intern and future full-time landscape designer, Sarah AbuDakar! She is a 2025 LAF Olmsted Scholar Finalist! Named for Frederick Law Olmsted, the LAF Olmsted Scholars Program is the premier leadership recognition program for landscape architecture students.
Sarah spent her 2024 Spring semester at The Ohio State University as an intern landscape designer at Wenk. We enjoyed having her passion for the profession and her genuine enthusiasm for all things in the office during that time. And we are fortunate that she will soon be joining us full-time! But first, upon winning OSU Knowlton School’s Director’s Travel Prize for her joint project “Reflecting Resistance in the Landscape”, Sarah will be traveling to Palestine this summer to study the historical significance of the agrarian landscape.
Enjoy your summer and well-deserved accolades, Sarah!
