Rooftop terrace design celebrates Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle at luxury hotel in downtown Denver.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences were developed as a luxury hotel and condominiums in response to Denver’s growth and its reputation as one of the nation’s most desirable cities. The roof garden of the 45-story building became one of the project’s more important amenities, in celebration of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. The rooftop terrace includes two outdoor rooms that accommodate hotel gatherings and spaces for leisure activities and relaxation around the pool, where both residents and guests interact to enjoy the sunsets and panoramic views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
